We want to inform you that from January we will no longer be sending SMS booking confirmations for clinical appointments. (Don’t worry, we’ll still be sending you a reminder 24 hours before your appointment!)
While SMS confirmations will no longer be available, we encourage you to take advantage of the following alternatives:
- If you would like to receive a booking confirmation via email, please request this at the time of booking. Ensure we have your current email address on file to receive your confirmation directly in your inbox. - NHS App: Log in to the NHS App to view and manage your appointments at any time. How to download the App can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
- Calendar Sync: Consider adding your appointments to your personal calendar for easy tracking.
