A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS

From Wednesday 11th January 2023, Online forms will be open from 7am till 10am and 1pm till 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (4pm on Fridays). We hope that this will help with the flow of forms into the practice so we do not need to switch them off each day. To manage the forms safely, we may still need to switch off earlier than 4.30pm, so please bear with us whilst we try to find a reasonable solution. PLEASE NOTE: It may also take longer than 48hrs to receive a response from us.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are working to resolve these issues as safely and effectively as we can, so please be patient during this time.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Receptionists are also unable to complete an online form on your behalf when the system is switched off. If you are unable to complete a form your self please call before 12pm.
