Blood Tests - We offer a "phlebotomy" service only for our registered patients. Please call to book an appointment, if you have been given a blood test form you must bring it with you to your appointment 

Long Terms Conditions - You will be contacted by the Clinical Administrator in your month of birth to book an appointment.

Counselling - The practice offers a counselling service by referral, please complete an online form to discuss your requirements or alternatively you can self-refer by telephoning Talking Therapies on 020-8475-8080. 

Physiotherapy - Please complete an online form via the online consult system relative to your problem, where necessary the clinician may be able to refer you for physiotherapy services.

Child Development - You will be contacted by the practice to arrange an appointment when your baby's 8 week check.

Childhood Immunisations - All routine childhood immunisations are available at the practice by appointment with the practice nurse. it is important to ensure that all children are vaccinated against the potentially serious illnesses and all those behind with their programme should catch up as soon as possible. If your child is due routine immunisations please complete this form and select Childhood Immunisations.

Family Planning - Please complete the nursing services form here and select family planning and one of our nurses will contact you. You can also be seen at the Ludwig Guttman Centre in Stratford further information can be found here.

Antenatal - you can self-refer for antenatal care via the online consult system  please type self-referral and choose which hospital you would like to be referred to for Barts Health Trust click here (FYI Newham University hospital and The Royal London Hospital is part of the Barts Health Trust).

Hearing Aid Batteries - We are able to supply hearing aid batteries to those patients with hearing aids, if you are in need of new batteries please speak to our reception team who will be able to arrange for you to be given a new supply.
